1. What is coaching?

Coaching is a process whereby a qualified coach listens and guides you to gain a deeper understanding of your situation. Using specific tools and techniques, together we align your actions with your true self, enabling meaningful progress.

2. How can coaching help me?

Coaching helps you learn more about yourself and what you truly want from life, providing tools to boost your confidence and self-esteem. It supports you in setting healthy boundaries, reducing stress, and making more authentic decisions. Ultimately, it enables you to live a more balanced and fulfilling life.

3. How do I know if you’re the right coach for me?

The relationship between coach and client is crucial. That’s why I offer a free taster session, so you’ll be able to find out whether we can build a rapport and check if you feel comfortable talking to me. I want you to feel like you can be completely open and honest, so trust your intuition during this taster session and you can decide if the fit feels right for you.

4. How much does it cost?

Coaching fees vary depending on the service. Ad hoc one-hour sessions start at £75, while 6-week programmes are £997, and 12-week programmes are £1897. For corporate coaching, let’s discuss your specific needs. Payment plans are also available – please just ask.

6. What’s the difference between coaching and counselling?

Coaching focuses on looking forward, helping you shape the future. While we may reflect on the past, the aim is to move forward with actionable steps, unlike counselling, which delves deeper into past experiences.

7. How long are the coaching programmes?

Programmes vary in length: I offer 1-hour sessions and 6 or 12-week programmes, depending on your needs.

Absolutely. I offer face-to-face sessions for local clients, typically within a 30-minute drive from Cheltenham, UK.
