A workbook for managing overwhelm and achieving wellbeing
Women Reaching Their Emotional Limit
In 2018 I fell. I hit burnout. And for the next 3 months I was absent from work with stress, exhaustion, and anxiety. It made me question my whole identity and why/how this had happened to me? It led me to go on a journey that transformed my life.
I’ve since met (and coached) many amazing women who either reached the same point or were teetering around the edge. It was my own journey of overcoming burnout and that of the women I’ve worked with, that inspired me to write Women Reaching Their Emotional Limit: A workbook for managing overwhelm and achieving wellbeing

Women Reaching Their Emotional Limit: A workbook for managing overwhelm and achieving wellbeing
I wrote this as a refreshingly honest and practical guide for women in corporate or entrepreneurial positions, who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure about the next steps in their lives.
It’s packed with practical guidance to help you regain confidence, reduce overwhelm and take control of your life by setting strong personal boundaries and aligning with your core values.
Including real-life stories, actionable activities, and wellbeing practices, this book will help you find clarity, happiness, and purpose, while reducing stress and anxiety.
Through insightful exercises and motivational stories from others who have successfully changed their life to be more balanced and fulfilled, you’ll find the support and structure needed to start making real, lasting improvements to your everyday life.
Follow each chapter in turn but read at your own pace, in your own time. While everybody’s journey is different, this workbook is the key to you creating a life that brings you happiness, fulfilment, clarity, and confidence, whilst always being authentically yourself.
An excerpt from the book:
“All the women that I have met and worked with are warm, intelligent, and capable human beings. Outwardly they appear to be coping. But they often say they feel they are failing on the inside, because they ‘can’t do it all’ and they don’t know how to cope with or improve the situations they find themselves in. It doesn’t occur to them that it is unreasonable to expect them to continue to thrive in these situations. They simply assume that they are the ones who are ‘in the wrong’.”

“I wish I’d had this book when I was struggling to balance my home and corporate business life. It would have made a world of difference!”

Are you clear on your values?
Values can say so much about a person, but very few women actually know what their personal values are or what it is that really motivates them.
The truth is if you’re not aligning your life to your values, you’re not living authentically – yet this is essential for finding fulfilment and happiness.
Want to live a life you love?
“I just wanted to say thank you for sharing your own personal story. It’s something that resonated with me so much, particularly the feeling of not belonging. I’ve certainly been drifting back into some old behaviours and your book was certainly a reminder not to drift into the old way of thinking.”
