I offer bespoke coaching programmes designed specifically for female HR professionals, helping you build resilience, manage stress and reconnect with what matters, in a role that can often feel all-consuming.
Drawing on my experience as a life coach, HR professional and Chartered MCIPD, I integrate personal reflection with practical tools, supporting you to feel more resourced, motivated and impactful at work.
Whether you're looking to increase personal effectiveness, confidence or simply needing space to pause and reset, I offer a tailored 1:1 coaching programme (online or face-to-face) and monthly Peer Support Pods (online) for wider HR teams.

Join me for a 2-hour group walk, blending coaching, walking, and journaling to help you discover new perspectives and solutions.
Limited to just six women, these relaxed walks through the beautiful Cotswolds provide a unique space to reflect, grow, and explore fresh ways of thinking.
We'll start with a warm welcome over tea or coffee and set off on a journey designed to leave you feeling inspired and rejuvenated.
